The Free range capon ‘’Label Rouge’’ ‘’Prince de Dombes’’ is a free range farmed chicken that has been castrated at 2 months old.
Then it stays for 3 months free range at the farm.
It lives 150 days long in total. We slaughter it in December.
Its flesh is tender, tasty and exeptionaly delicious.
